**Inter Médica Solutions DM S. A. de C. V is seeking a Warehouse Manager in San Ángel \- Álvaro Obregón, Ciudad de México** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Optimize and coordinate the entire order cycle—including customer deliveries and returns—for both existing and new clients; this includes equitable task distribution across the team. * Ensure achievement of warehouse productivity goals with optimal inventory levels aligned with customer demand, consistently maintaining quality and service standards through accurate master data entry, data cleansing and maintenance, turnover analysis, stock level monitoring, shrinkage control, product replenishment, scheduling, and delivery timelines. * Supervise receiving and shipping: Ensure goods are received and delivered correctly, manage invoices and delivery notes, and guarantee efficient control over inbound and outbound logistics. * Identify material requirements: Detect material needs and generate purchase requisitions for the procurement department. * Responsible for conducting periodic warehouse and ceye inventories, ensuring their accuracy and reliability. * Generate reports: Prepare periodic reports on inventory status, movements, and relevant statistics. * Lead and train the warehouse team, delegate tasks, establish standard and emergency operating procedures, and identify areas for improvement. **REQUIREMENTS:** EDUCATION: Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields. EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2\.5 years in the role.
