Job Summary: We are seeking a warehouse professional to manage inventory, organize products, and ensure the quality of agricultural inputs within a leading organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive warehouse management and inventory handling. 2. Operation of forklifts and technological tools. 3. Contribution to reducing losses and ensuring product quality. REQUIREMENTS: * Availability to travel as required by operations (minimum 7 days per month) * Educational level: minimum high school diploma EXPERIENCE: * Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience * Minimum 1 year of forklift (H/P) operation experience * Minimum 1 year of inventory execution experience * Minimum 1 year of product arrangement and replenishment experience * Minimum 1 year of basic technological tool proficiency * Minimum 1 year of order verification experience FUNCTIONS: * First-in, first-out (FIFO) principle application * Product arrangement * General warehouse cleaning * Storing and identifying incoming warehouse supplies * Loading and unloading of goods * Reduction of loss volume * Verification and assurance of products in perfect condition * Inventory management and execution COMPETENCIES: * Continuous learning * Adaptability to change * Compliance with regulations * Commitment * Integrity * Results orientation OFFERING: * Biweekly payment * Gross monthly salary \+ Bonuses \+ Savings fund (employer/employee contribution) \+ Grocery vouchers: $20,000 gross monthly * Statutory and above-statutory benefits
