Inventory management and adherence to methodologies IMPORTANT: A GROCERY COMPANY IS SEEKING: WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR **Objective:** Supervise and ensure the product storage process, ensuring customer satisfaction, proper layout administration, inventory management, and product handling. **Requirements:** \-Education: Completed high school diploma; incomplete or completed Industrial Engineering degree; Business Administration or related field. \-Experience: Minimum 1 year in a warehouse. **Responsibilities:** \-Supervise goods receipt, storage, and arrangement within the warehouse. \-Coordinate and control **picking** activities, ensuring accuracy in quantities and product codes. \-Achieve fill rate targets. \-Place products according to layout specifications. \-Lead the operations team and assign tasks. \-Record movements in the stock ledger (kardex). \-Perform monthly operational closing, shift reporting, and area performance indicators. **Knowledge and Skills:** \-Experience in warehouse operations and picking processes. \-Personnel management. \-Performance indicator management. \-Proficiency in Microsoft Office. \-FIFO methodology. \-Inventory management. \-Leadership. \-Teamwork.
