JOB DESCRIPTION: Supply Chain Management: Coordinate and supervise supply chain activities, including receiving, storage, order picking, and distribution of products. Storage and Organization: Place products in designated areas according to established procedures and maintain corresponding file records. Goods Receiving: Verify quantity and quality of received products and record their entry into the system. Record raw material inflows and outflows. Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and report stock discrepancies. Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct cycle counts and periodic audits to ensure stock level accuracy. Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and dispatch products according to customer or production requests and issue invoices. Documentation Handling: Record inflows and outflows in computerized or manual systems and prepare stock reports. Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workplace clean and organized, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Equipment Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment. REQUIREMENTS: Education: High school diploma, technical degree, or completed university degree (preferred) in Logistics, Engineering, etc. Experience: 1\-2 years in warehousing, logistics, or related fields; forklift operator license required. Technical Skills: Inventory management, warehouse management systems (ERP, ODOO), forklift operation (desirable). Personal Skills: Organization, attention to detail, teamwork, and responsibility.
