This is your opportunity to join one of Mexico’s leading companies and embrace new professional challenges within the automotive industry. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Receiving, picking, and storing materials using forklifts and work tools such as electric pallet jacks and picking carts. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Ensure physical receipt of materials and timely registration in the ERP system; report discrepancies upon arrival. * Assign storage locations in the system according to the physical safeguard location. * Ensure proper placement of materials according to the location indicated in applicable systems. * Perform physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy both in the system and physically; promptly report detected discrepancies. * Identify and report materials visually identified as overstocked, obsolete, or damaged. * Execute organization-mandated physical inventories. * Ensure preparation, delivery, and system capture of materials per picking instructions; report possible discrepancies. * Participate in cyclic inventory counts. **REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Minimum high school diploma or technical certification. * Software: Intermediate Microsoft Office 365 proficiency. * Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrative warehouse assistant. * Completed high school education or incomplete university degree. * Basic knowledge of administrative systems. * Pleasant customer interaction skills. * Valid driver’s license and ability to drive. **BENEFITS** * Employment with an ESR-certified company. * Flexible grocery vouchers. * Flexible restaurant vouchers. * Transportation allowance. * Savings account (optional). * Savings fund. * Life insurance. * Year-end bonus exceeding statutory requirements. * Seniority bonus. * Monthly bonus. **WORK LOCATION:** 16 de Septiembre 46B San Francisco Culhuacán de la Magdalena, Coyoacán 04260 CDMX
