Join our team! – Warehouse Operations Assistant Location: Ocoyoacac, State of Mexico Position Profile: We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Assistant for our warehouse, responsible for managing, controlling, and ensuring efficiency in receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes for orders (B2B and B2C). Key Responsibilities: Receive, pick, pack, and ship domestic and international orders. Conduct periodic inventories of warehouse products and assets. Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace following the 5S methodology. Ensure all processes comply with luxury goods standards. Also monitor continuous improvement methodologies (5S, IRA, ILA, OTIF). Requirements: Education: Completed secondary school (high school preferred). Experience: 1–2 years in warehouse or logistics. Soft Skills: Commitment, teamwork, effective communication, adaptability, empathy, and organization. Hard Skills: Knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, and logistics processes; basic arithmetic operations; operation of hydraulic pallet trucks and manual handling of 5–10 kg loads; use of pallets and stretch wrapping for shipment. Technology: Computer and printer. Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM Availability for overtime during peak seasons.
