Position Summary: Distribution and Logistics Coordinator, responsible for supervising distribution processes, route planning, reverse logistics, and shipment management, improving key metrics and communication with international customers and suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and supervision of distribution and logistics processes. 2. Leadership and personnel management, including customer interaction and negotiation. 3. Analysis of metrics and continuous improvement in distribution. International Manufacturing Company seeks: Distribution and Logistics Coordinator Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Transportation Engineering (degree completed) * 5 years of experience in distribution, route planning, reverse logistics, shipments, applicable cargo transportation regulations, knowledge of the Mexican Republic, routes, and distribution networks. * Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP system * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts, macros) * Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and fluent conversation) is mandatory * Knowledge of warehousing, supply chain, interaction with international customers and suppliers (in English), analysis of transportation KPIs * Familiarity with best practices and safety standards in transportation, CTPAT * Leadership experience and personnel management expertise * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM (with flexibility) Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise distribution processes and logistics for various customers Plan and monitor delivery routes until final customer handover Track reverse logistics (returns) Monitor carrier proof-of-delivery (POD) documentation Supervise vehicle entry and exit, track shipments Generate reports, analyze metrics, improve distribution processes Communicate with international customers and suppliers (in English) Interact and negotiate with customers \- suppliers Supervise direct and indirect staff (transport drivers) We Offer: * Gross monthly salary: $30,000 to $35,000 * Vacation days * Food vouchers * Savings fund * 50% vacation bonus * 30-day Christmas bonus * Profit-sharing * Subsidized cafeteria * Internal career development plan Work Location: Guadalajara.
