A leading technology company is seeking: **Supply Chain Coordinator** * Schedule: Monday and Wednesday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM / Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM / Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM * Work location: Santa Fe, Contadero, Cuajimalpa, adjacent to Centro Santa Fe. * Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration (L.A.E.), or International Trade * **ADVANCED ENGLISH** * Required experience: 3–5 years as head of procurement, supply chain, or warehouse departments in medium-to-large enterprises * Advanced Excel, SAP, or any other ERP system (e.g., Oracle, JD Edwards) Responsibilities: * Coordinate demand planning with commercial and operational departments to ensure timely material availability. * Define and manage optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking, thereby optimizing working capital. * Manage strategic sourcing and procurement processes to ensure continuous supply under optimal cost, quality, and delivery conditions. * Evaluate and develop strategic suppliers to ensure supply reliability and continuous performance improvement. * Supervise warehouse inventory control and accuracy to maintain data integrity and operational reliability. * Track purchase orders and delivery compliance to guarantee complete and on-time deliveries (OTIF). * Analyze supply chain performance indicators to identify deviations and opportunities for improvement. * Coordinate communication among procurement, warehouse, sales, and finance departments to align operations and prevent disruptions. * Control and optimize logistics and sourcing costs to improve operational profitability. **We offer:** * **Monthly salary: $50,000** * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Savings fund contribution at 5%. * Monthly food vouchers: $1,500. * Life insurance and major medical expense insurance for the employee and immediate family members. * Discount cards for medical exams, gyms, etc. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, APPLY THROUGH THIS CHANNEL AND WE WILL CONTACT YOU Salary: $50,000.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Food vouchers Work location: On-site employment
