Briggs Equipment Mexico is pleased to announce an opening for the position of **SUPERVISOR MECHANIC**. We take pride in being industry leaders in forklift rental and sales, and we are seeking a highly motivated and qualified candidate to join our growing team. **Location:** Balvanera Industrial Park, Corregidora. ### **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate, supervise, and direct tasks performed by specialized technicians across various service areas. * Estimate costs, time, and materials required for preventive and corrective maintenance work on Full Service equipment. * Conduct periodic audits of tools, supplies, and spare parts. * Prepare quotations. * Train personnel under supervision on the proper use of tools, materials, and maintenance equipment. * Knowledge of mechanical fault repair. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of forklifts. ### **Requirements:** * Essential knowledge of forklift repair. * Mechanical, automotive, or related engineering degree or certification. * Minimum 3 years in a similar role. * Valid Class B driver's license required; a pickup truck will be assigned. * Proficiency in Excel. * Technical English reading ability (preferred). * Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. * Basic training knowledge. * Quality and continuous improvement. * Personnel management skills. * Flexible working hours. * Willingness to travel. ### **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * 100% payroll registration with IMSS. * Professional growth opportunities within an industry-leading company. **Upon permanent employment:** * Food vouchers: 12%. * Savings fund: 13%. * Transportation allowance: 2%. * Vacation bonus: 40%. * Year-end bonus: 23 days. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
