This position is critical to ensuring the proper execution of operational activities, working closely with the Operations Coordinator. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and ensure proper execution of unloading and loading operations. * Ensure that goods on the warehouse floor are correctly identified and reported. * Improve operational cycle times in loading and unloading processes. * Supervise operational staff on the warehouse floor. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and report damages. * Promote process optimization. * Maintain constant communication with the team. * Work under pressure in a dynamic environment (client: DHL). **Requirements** * Prior experience supervising warehouse or logistics operations. * Leadership and personnel management skills. * Results-oriented mindset with focus on continuous improvement. * Availability for evening shift. * Ability to work under pressure. **We Offer** * Growth opportunity in a startup project. * Dynamic and challenging work environment.
