We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Substitute to join our team at a leading company in its sector. We are looking for someone who enjoys teamwork, is passionate about sales, and has problem-solving abilities, with responsibilities including covering absences of field sales team members, prospecting new customers, and supporting the sales force. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure. As a Sales Substitute, you are expected to integrate quickly into the team and demonstrate your ability to sell our products. Toluca, Metepec, Atlacomulco, Ixtlahuaca, and Jilotepec areas. Requirements: * Prior experience in sales and customer service * Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team * Problem-solving and decision-making abilities * Manual transmission vehicle operation * Knowledge of more than 300 SKUs (grocery items) preferred * Valid Class A driver's license Responsibilities: * Achieve position objectives and manage performance indicators * Prospect new customers * Manage customer portfolio * Visit and attend to customers * Provide excellent customer service and sales support (sales activities) * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures We offer a competitive salary, a positive work environment, and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
