At ENZIQUIM, we have established ourselves as experts in developing formulations that optimize processes and maximize yields, backed by a technical team that understands each client’s challenges and works alongside them to overcome them. **What will you do in this role?** As a Production Operator, you will join the team responsible for manufacturing our products, ensuring production orders are fulfilled under strict quality and food safety standards. Your main responsibilities include: * Weighing and dispensing raw materials according to authorized formulas * Operating mixing equipment while adhering to defined parameters * Recording production data and promptly reporting deviations * Implementing cleaning and sanitization procedures for equipment and work areas * Maintaining order and safe working conditions in your work area **Candidate Profile** * Completed high school education * Basic reading comprehension and arithmetic skills * Team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn * Availability to work morning or afternoon shifts * Preferably residing in the Iztapalapa area or nearby No prior experience is required. Candidates with experience in the food or manufacturing industry are preferred. **Job Conditions** * Work mode: On-site * Available shifts: Morning (6:00–15:00) or Afternoon (13:00–21:30) * Location: ENZIQUIM Plant, Iztapalapa, CDMX (a few minutes from Guelatao Metro Station, Line A) * This position requires moderate to high physical activity * Mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) throughout the entire shift (uniform, safety boots, gloves, hairnet, face mask, and respirator) **We Offer** * Base salary: $11,500 per month * Bi-weekly payment via bank deposit * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Savings box Salary: $11,500.00 per month Benefits: * Savings box * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * Our plant is located in Iztapalapa, approximately 10–15 minutes from Guelatao Metro Station (Line A).
