Position Title **Plant Manager** Department Operations / Production Reports To Plant Manager **Position Objective** Plan, direct, and supervise plant production operations to ensure achievement of productivity, quality, safety, cost, and delivery targets through efficient management of human, material, and technological resources. Main Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily production activities. * Ensure adherence to the production schedule. * Guarantee compliance with quality, safety, and industrial hygiene standards. * Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. * Manage and develop operational staff and supervisors. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with the relevant department. * Monitor key production performance indicators (KPIs). * Control the efficient use of raw materials, machinery, and equipment. * Implement continuous improvement initiatives and Lean Manufacturing or similar methodologies. * Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards. * Prepare production reports, incident reports, and operational results. * Coordinate inventory levels and supply requirements with warehouse and procurement. Position ProfileEducation * Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. Experience * 7+ years in supervisory or plant management roles. * Experience managing operational personnel. * Experience in production control and continuous improvement.
