*This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job Opening at KRCONSULTORES in Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City** We are seeking a Parcel Analyst for a 5-month contract; outstanding performance may lead to permanent employment after the temporary period. **Purpose of the Position:** Ensure proper planning, execution, and control of all shipping and parcel-related processes, guaranteeing on-time delivery, full traceability of each shipment, and customer satisfaction. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency and preventing logistical incidents. **Key Responsibilities:** Design, document, and update operational guidelines and shipping manuals for various courier services and delivery methods. Conduct daily follow-up on shipments until final delivery. Maintain full visibility into the status of every shipment, anticipating delays and implementing immediate corrective actions. Analyze logistics KPIs (transit times, successful deliveries, incidents, freight costs) to propose improvements. Manage communication between internal departments (sales, warehouse, customer service) and external courier providers. Prepare executive reports and control dashboards for management. Implement strategies to optimize costs, delivery times, and service quality. **Position Profile:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related field — incomplete or completed. Experience: 2–4 years in logistics, shipment coordination, or operations control involving courier services.
