By joining us, you will have the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment where innovation and professional growth are valued.** WE ARE SEEKING: **OPERATIONS MANAGER** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related field. * Experience: Minimum **5 years** in operational leadership roles in logistics, warehousing, production, or operations. * Experience in inventory control, operational planning, and supervision of operational staff. * Proficiency in MRP and ERP systems. * Experience managing operational KPIs (On-Time In-Full, inventory turnover, productivity, shrinkage, rework). **Responsibilities:** * Ensure physical inventory accuracy versus system records. * Supervise cyclic counts, inventory adjustments, and audits. * Guarantee proper stock rotation, obsolescence control, and optimal inventory levels. * Ensure accurate fulfillment in terms of quality, quantity, and timeliness. * Coordinate shipments, delivery routes, and logistics. * Supervise order preparation, validation, and release. * Ensure strict compliance with operational processes, internal policies, and safety regulations. * Implement operational controls and work standards. * Balance workload against installed capacity and operational staffing. * Assign resources efficiently to meet fulfillment and delivery schedules. * Ensure proper material, production, and fulfillment planning. **Skills:** * Operational leadership. * Planning and organization. * Data-driven decision making. * Effective communication. * Results-oriented mindset and continuous improvement focus. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary: $50,000.00 MXN net * Statutory benefits from day one * Indefinite-term employment contract * Quarterly performance bonus * Additional vacation days * Continuous training and professional development opportunities. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Location: **Ocoyoapark Industrial Park** Salary: $50,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Company parking * Additional vacation days or paid leave Workplace: On-site employment
