Knowledge of auditing, internal control, risk and control matrix, and auditing standards. Experience in operational auditing, internal control, and process supervision. Proficiency in Excel. Minimum educational requirement: Completed bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferably) or related field, commensurate with experience. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Assist in formulating the annual Work Plan of the Audit Department. Conduct operational audits across various company departments. Verify compliance with internal processes, policies, and procedures. Identify operational risks and propose corrective actions. Prepare audit reports and findings. Follow up on audit findings and action plans. Review internal controls and regulatory compliance. Analyze operational indicators and documentation. Participate in physical reviews and inventories when required. Maintain confidentiality of audited information. Work location: Tepotzotlán, State of Mexico. Salary: $15,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
