We are looking for a Mechanical Technician** **Requirements** * Education: Technical degree in Automotive Mechanics or related field * Prior experience in vehicle maintenance and repair * Knowledge of basic diagnostics, workshop tool usage, and shop procedures * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and adherence to processes * Flexible availability for work hours **Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services * Diagnose basic mechanical and electrical faults * Carry out repairs according to manufacturer standards * Report anomalies and document completed work * Ensure proper use of workshop tools and equipment * Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area * Support additional tasks assigned by the workshop supervisor **Competencies and Skills** * Attention to detail * Technical thinking * Working under pressure * Organization * Responsibility and honesty * Effective communication **Compensation** * Monthly salary * Commission structure * Statutory benefits * AUTOCOM benefits **Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to 2 PM At AUTOCOM, we value diversity and inclusion.
