The ideal candidate will have experience in warehousing strategies. This position is critical to the company's strategic growth. Job Objective: Support warehouse operational activities—including loading, unloading, organizing, and picking merchandise—ensuring proper handling of processes, warehouse orderliness, and compliance with established procedures. **Candidate Profile:** * Minimum Education: High School Diploma (preferred). * Minimum 6 months of experience in warehousing or loading (preferred). * Good physical condition. * Availability for operational work. * Service-oriented attitude and sense of responsibility. **Desired Knowledge:** * Basic warehouse management. * Knowledge of product loading and unloading. * Merchandise organization and rotation. * Basic use of loading tools and equipment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Loading and unloading of merchandise. * Organizing and arranging products in the warehouse. * Assisting with order picking. * Basic merchandise verification (quantity and physical condition). * Assisting with physical inventory counts. * Cleaning and maintaining order in the work area. * Assisting with receipt and delivery of merchandise. * Proper handling of products to prevent damage. **Key Competencies:** * Responsibility * Teamwork * Service orientation * Organization * Punctuality * Discipline * Proactivity Salary: $9,556.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
