HVAC Project Engineer

**JOIN PIVACSA!** We are seeking an **HVAC Project Supervisor** to join our engineering and operations team. **Requirements:** * Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering degree (graduated or intern with completed studies). * Minimum **2 years of experience** in execution, supervision, or coordination of **HVAC projects**, mechanical or electromechanical installations. * Desired experience in industrial, pharmaceutical, food, data center, corporate, or specialized infrastructure projects. * General knowledge of **HVAC systems**: air conditioning, ventilation, exhaust, ductwork, and mechanical equipment. * Organizational, leadership, multidisciplinary coordination, and customer service skills. * Availability for on-site construction supervision and fieldwork. **Responsibilities:** * Planning, monitoring, and supervising HVAC project execution. * Coordinating operational staff, contractors, and site resources. * Tracking progress, execution quality, and resolving operational needs. * Communicating with clients, suppliers, and involved disciplines. * Participating in site surveys and technical information validation. * Identifying and resolving project constraints or deviations. * Tracking procurement requests, supplies, and technical site documentation. **Technical Knowledge:** * Interpretation of drawings, diagrams, and technical specifications. * Knowledge of construction processes and mechanical installations. * Desired familiarity with applicable **ASHRAE, SMACNA, and NOM standards**. * **AutoCAD** * Microsoft Office Suite * Desired: **Revit, Navisworks, and MS Project** **We Offer:** **✓** Statutory benefits **✓** Job stability **✓** Continuous technical training **✓** Involvement in industrial and specialized HVAC projects **✓** Opportunities for professional growth and development ***Commitment to Equality and Non-Discrimination.*** *At PIVACSA, we value diversity and foster an inclusive environment.
