Responsibilities: * Direct and supervise all company departments. * Implement operational discipline and process compliance. * Optimize picking, production, and warehousing. * Supervise marketing with a results-oriented focus. * Establish KPIs and conduct weekly follow-ups. * Manage personnel, schedules, overtime, and administrative documentation. * Report results directly to senior management. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree (in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field). * Minimum 5 years of experience as General Manager or Operations Manager. * Experience in logistics, retail, or distribution. * Strong, results-driven leadership. * Ability to make decisions and manage conflicts.
