Forklift Operator - Second Shift

Job Summary: This position involves material handling using a forklift, including receiving, transferring, replenishment, loading, and unloading, as well as supporting general warehouse tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Expert forklift operation for warehouse logistics 2. Active participation in loading and unloading operations 3. Promotion of a safe and organized work environment **What You Will Do:** ----------------- Material handling via forklift operation, receiving, transferring, and replenishment, as well as loading and unloading of materials, as applicable within your work area. Assist with general warehouse tasks as required in your work area. A. Transfer and handle materials using the forklift B. Perform loading and unloading maneuvers when required C. Conduct routine safety inspections of equipment prior to operation D. Complete safety and equipment condition checklist, including battery status E. Adhere to established safety rules F. Assist with general warehouse operations as required **Requirements:** --------------- Education: Junior high school or higher Experience: 2 years of experience operating sit-down forklifts Sit-down forklift operator license preferred General knowledge of CTPAT\-OEA Knowledge of MAPICS system is preferred. Strong safety awareness, thorough understanding and strict adherence to safety rules.
