Job Description and Responsibilities * Assign and supervise the activities of the Facilities Maintenance team. * Assign and supervise the daily work of technicians. * Ensure proper and timely maintenance of transformers, air compressors, air conditioning units, and water plants. * Ensure adequate supply of compressed air and electrical power to equipment requiring it, whether existing or new. * Ensure safety and timeliness through execution of layout/distribution modifications. * Ensure adequacy of existing electrical and compressed air installations. * Monitor the electrical energy conservation program. * Ensure an appropriate inventory level for internal supplies. * Ensure availability and proper use of tools and equipment by the Facilities Maintenance team. * Develop and monitor appropriate preventive maintenance programs for compressed air systems, air conditioning units, and transformers. * Ensure facility lighting remains in operational condition. * Ensure potable water supply for the facilities. * Ensure timely support to production activities from all members of the Facilities Maintenance team. Experience and Requirements * Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical Engineering or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in building maintenance and personnel management. * Extensive knowledge of compressed air systems. * Extensive knowledge of electrical distribution systems. * Basic knowledge of air conditioning systems. * Technical degree in Air Conditioning or Electricity preferred. * Strong leadership skills. * Ability to manage and schedule facilities maintenance activities. * Initiative and assertiveness. * Goal-oriented attitude.
