JOB DESCRIPTION ***Location:*** *Satélite neighborhood, south of Monterrey, N.L.* *We are looking for a* ***Warehouse Supervisor*** *to join a leading construction materials distributor.* **Job Responsibilities:** * **Supervision of goods intake and dispatch:** Monitor and record all material inflows and outflows from the warehouse, ensuring data accuracy. * **Inventory control:** Conduct periodic and cycle counts to maintain an accurate record of available stock, identify discrepancies, and propose solutions. * **Shipment and order delivery supervision:** Coordinate and supervise order preparation and dispatch to customers, guaranteeing timely delivery under appropriate conditions. * **Supplier quotations and orders:** Manage requests for supplier quotations and generate purchase orders to replenish warehouse stock, seeking optimal commercial terms. * **Documentation handling:** Administer and keep key documents up to date, including purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes, and any other documents related to warehouse operations. * **Warehouse replenishment:** Ensure consistent material availability by planning purchases and coordinating receipts to prevent stockouts. * **Maintenance and organization:** Maintain warehouse order, cleanliness, and safety, implementing best practices for proper material storage. **Requirements:** * Minimum one year of verifiable experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and shipment supervision. **We Offer:** * Weekly salary of **$4,000 tax-free.** * Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, year-end bonus, vacation, etc.). * **Opportunity for additional weekly bonuses,** rewarding your performance and commitment. *If you have experience in warehouse management and are passionate about the construction sector, this is your opportunity.*
