Position Summary: A leading company in the food and poultry sector is seeking a Distribution and Logistics Manager to oversee the supply chain—from warehouse operations to final delivery—ensuring process efficiency and optimization. A prominent company in the Food and Poultry sector is seeking: **Distribution and Logistics Manager** **Requirements:** * Education: Completed Industrial Engineering degree or Bachelor’s degree (intern or graduate) * Availability to work Monday through Saturday, from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. * Personal vehicle is mandatory to ensure punctual arrival at the start of shift. * Preferably residing in areas near Santa Catarina, Nuevo León. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; intermediate Excel skills. * Knowledge of logistics and merchandise/product (especially food) distribution, supply chain, inventory management, operational staff supervision and management, purchase order tracking, order picking, product packaging, distribution route planning, delivery time management, returns tracking (reverse logistics), warehousing processes, loading/unloading of vehicles, and shipment tracking. * Prior experience as Distribution Supervisor or Manager in a warehouse or food/poultry-sector company is desirable. * Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. **Main Responsibilities:** * Management and supervision of operational staff (warehouse personnel, delivery drivers) * Oversight and management of the product distribution and logistics process, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines. * Order picking, purchase order tracking, and reverse logistics (returns) tracking * Distribution route planning and shipment tracking until customer delivery. * Coordination with internal departments for product planning and distribution to define quantities, delivery times, etc. * Creation and monitoring of KPIs (e.g., loading times, delivery times, return volumes, etc.) * Responsibility for planning logistics, warehousing, transportation, and service in response to customer requests. * Coordination of the order cycle to ensure proper direction and optimization. * Negotiation with suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and consumers regarding product shipments and deliveries. * Maintenance of up-to-date warehouse reports on available inventory, including proper product cataloging. * Route planning and shipment processing, meeting accuracy and punctuality standards. * Ensuring efficient goods flow to maximize company profitability. * Use of information systems to support distribution center management, generate performance reports, interpret data, and support decision-making. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: $40,000 to $50,000 * Full statutory benefits * Career development plan **Work Location:** Regio Industrial Park, Santa Catarina, Nuevo León.
