A leading company in industrial packaging solutions seeks the following due to growth: **CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE** Work location: Eastern area of the Monterrey Metropolitan Area Hiring: Direct employment by the company ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: ✅ Advanced conversational English | Daily interaction with U.S. customers ✅ Intermediate Excel: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting (a test will be administered) ✅ Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or internal sales ✅ Degree: Bachelor’s in Commerce, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field ✅ Residence in the eastern zone | Guadalupe, Juárez, Cadereyta, or with easy commuting access ✅ Skills: Communication, follow-up, stress tolerance, organization MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Attending to and following up with domestic and export customers Entering and monitoring purchase orders in the ERP system Coordinating with production, shipping, and quality departments Preparing sales reports and KPIs in Excel Resolving post-sale complaints and clarifications WE OFFER: Competitive salary: $28,000–$30,000 gross monthly, based on experience Statutory benefits + additional benefits Ongoing training IMPORTANT: This position is 100% on-site.
