The BIB Operator is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate physical delivery of finished products, guaranteeing uninterrupted continuity of the production process. The operator safely operates assigned equipment, complying with quality standards, food safety requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), industrial safety, and order and cleanliness under the 5S system. Key Responsibilities: * Strictly comply with safety, quality, and food safety regulations, safeguarding both personal integrity and that of colleagues by adhering to established procedures. * Safely operate BIB packaging lines according to defined operating procedures and parameters. * Correctly assemble and disassemble packaging lines. * Ensure timely supply of packaging materials for each shift, including requesting, preparing, and returning such materials. * Perform product changeovers, flushes, and pre-operational cleanings, ensuring compliance with GMP and food safety requirements. * Conduct autonomous maintenance on assigned equipment. * Know and apply area-specific procedures, including aseptic sampling where applicable. * Monitor PPROs and CCPs in accordance with quality guidelines. * Accurately and promptly complete production, quality, and traceability records, as well as report activities in SAP (UAS, finished product labels). * Operate the labeler according to training level and ensure correct label printing. * Responsibly hand over and receive shifts, timely communicating the status of the process and any relevant deviations. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and good condition of the work area, facilities, and equipment, reporting any risk situations to the Shift Leader or Quality department. * Remain available to cover vacations, overtime, or unplanned absences, as required by operational needs. About You: * Availability to rotate shifts. * Minimum education: Completed secondary school. * Basic Excel and SAP skills (desirable). * Teamwork and cooperation. * Responsible and committed individual regarding safety, quality, and food safety. * Adaptability to operational changes. * Initiative, continuous learning, and orientation toward constant improvement. * Prior experience in the food or manufacturing industry is desirable.
