Experience: Minimum 6 months in sales (ideally in retail, fashion, footwear, or accessories). Education: High school diploma (completed or incomplete). Attitude: Be proactive, enjoy interacting with customers, and have a passion for sales. **Your mission on the team:** *You will be the engine of our store and the face of the brand.* Your key responsibilities include: \* **Drive Sales:** Exceed individual and store sales targets by delivering exceptional purchasing advice. \* **Store Operations:** Cash handling, payments, and supporting store visual presentation maintenance. \* **Support Leadership:** Cover store operations in the Store Manager’s absence (e.g., rest days), ensuring seamless performance. **What SPORTSPLACE offers you:** **Your effort is rewarded!** Base Salary: $10,000 MXN Gross (fixed and guaranteed) **Commissions and Bonuses:** Weekly branch-target bonuses (up to an additional $2,000 MXN per month). Monthly commissions based on your individual sales performance (earn based on what you sell!).
