Hybrid / Mexico City \| Full-time We are looking for an Academic Support Specialist who wants to join a team transforming how schools integrate educational technology. Role Mission You will be the strategic partner to school principals and teachers. Your goal is to ensure that every school trusting LUCA enjoys an outstanding experience, making our platform their favorite classroom tool. You won’t just resolve questions—you’ll drive the educational success of our community! What You’ll Do * Provide support and training to teachers and principals on using our platform. * Customer support and assistance. * Ensure satisfaction and success for schools working with Luca. * Resolve questions and provide efficient, empathetic personalized support. * Collect user feedback to continuously improve our educational offering. We’re Looking For Someone Who: * Has teaching experience in elementary education (minimum 2 years preferred). * Has experience as a teacher coordinator (minimum 2 years preferred). * Is skilled at using technological tools and digital platforms. * Possesses excellent communication and customer service skills. * Demonstrates proactive attitude and problem-solving focus. * Has high availability for travel and accompanying processes across various schools nationwide. * Bilingual (English) — preferred. * Ideally resides in Guadalajara, Puebla, or CDMX.
