Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to coordinate orders, manage supplier payments, and negotiate pricing, ensuring full tracking of purchase orders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Efficiently manages orders and payments to suppliers 2. Negotiates prices with domestic and international suppliers 3. Optimizes the supply chain and identifies new suppliers We are an energy-sector trading company. REQUIREMENTS: \*Education: Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Relations, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields \*Mandatory English proficiency: 90% \*Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; one Saturday per month, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM \*Minimum verifiable experience: 1 year in the field \*Gender: Unrestricted RESPONSIBILITIES: \*Timely and accurate preparation of purchase orders \*Supporting timely payments to suppliers \*Receiving and tracking purchase requisitions \*Negotiating prices with foreign and domestic suppliers \*Sourcing new suppliers to continuously improve our pricing \*Tracking purchase orders from initiation until materials arrive at our warehouse.
