Growth opportunities and an excellent work environment Key Responsibilities: * Supervision and coordination of the waitstaff team * Assignment of stations and floor operation control * Monitoring service timing with kitchen and bar * Handling and resolving customer complaints or special requests * Supervision of orders, bill closing, and cash reconciliation * Monitoring staff appearance, punctuality, and discipline * Preparing reports and incident documentation for management * Ensuring order, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene regulations Requirements: * Completed high school diploma (technical degree in Tourism, Administration, or Human Resources preferred) * 1 year of experience as a Waitstaff Captain or Supervisor (preferred) * Experience managing large teams (more than 10 people) * Knowledge of service techniques and POS systems * Leadership, effective communication, and conflict resolution skills * Availability to work night shifts * Gender-neutral We Offer: * Weekly salary: $1,000.00 \+ tips * Work on Fridays and Saturdays * Schedule: 6:30 pm to 2:30 am and 7:00 pm to 3:00 am * Uniforms provided FREE OF CHARGE * Growth opportunities * Excellent work environment **Job Type:** Part-time (Fridays and Saturdays) **Work Location:** On-site employment Job Type: Part-time, Indefinite-term Salary: $1,000.00 per week Expected Hours: 16 hours per week Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
