**NorthEast Recruitment Services is seeking a Technical Sales Advisor in Guadalajara, Jalisco** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A company specialized in ingredients and additives for the dough, tortilla, and bakery industries is looking for commercial talent with experience in technical sales and a results-oriented approach. This position targets dynamic individuals with negotiation skills and a passion for customer development within the food industry. **What will you do?** * Manage and expand the customer portfolio. * Prospect and generate new business opportunities. * Sell ingredients and additives for the food industry. * Provide commercial follow-up and personalized customer service. * Identify cross-selling opportunities. * Manage orders and track them in the ERP system. * Provide technical support and resolve product-related inquiries. * Conduct fieldwork with local and out-of-town routes. **Profile we are seeking** * Completed high school or a bachelor’s degree/engineering degree. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales. * Experience in food, baking, dough, or tortilla industries is preferred. * Valid driver’s license. * Willingness to travel and perform fieldwork. * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving goals. * Basic computer and ERP system proficiency (Oracle preferred). **We offer** * Monthly base salary of **$12,500**. * **3% commission on sales with no cap**. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Savings fund. * Food vouchers. * Life insurance. * Ongoing training. * Work tools (vehicle and mobile phone). * Opportunities for professional growth. **Key competencies** * Negotiation and closing of sales. * Customer service and support. * Effective communication. * Commercial organization and follow-up. * Adaptability and teamwork. * Results orientation.
