We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at the **Hotel Barceló Guadalajara** in the Housekeeping Department. Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate the assigned housekeeping staff to ensure rooms remain clean and in perfect condition. * Conduct regular room inspections to ensure compliance with the hotel’s cleanliness and quality standards. * Train and motivate the assigned housekeeping staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. * Promptly and efficiently resolve any room-related issues or guest requests from their assigned floor(s). Requirements: * Minimum education: Completed secondary school. * Mandatory experience: At least 1 year as a supervisor in hotels. * Immediate availability. * Excellent leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Effective communication skills. Schedule: Monday through Sunday, with 1 day off per week. 8:00 am \- 4:00 pm (the supervisor must remain on duty until their assigned housekeepers complete all rooms).
