Job Summary: Von Talent is seeking an R&D Analyst to support the development of formulas and conduct laboratory and pilot batches for cosmetic products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development of cosmetic product formulas and reformulations. 2. Management of certifications such as ISO, FDA, GMP, HSE. 3. Formulation and knowledge of cosmetic raw materials. **Von Talent is seeking an R&D Analyst in Querétaro, Querétaro** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **R\&D Analyst** **Responsibilities** * Support the development of new cosmetic product formulas or reformulations. * Conduct laboratory and pilot batches based on formulas and preparation processes. * Prepare samples required for safety, efficacy, stability, compatibility, and other studies. * Ensure compliance with good documentation practices through data integrity and proper recordkeeping. * Develop bulk specifications for the relevant category, as well as appropriate quality tests. * Execute assigned activities for special projects on time and as scheduled. * Maintain and comply with certifications (ISO, FDA, GMP, HSE, etc.) and ensure appropriate management of material resources. **Education:** Pharmaceutical Chemist-Biologist, Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Industrial Pharmaceutical Chemist, or related field **Requirements** * 1 year of experience. * Technology transfer, GMP, GLP, ISO 9001, FDA, NOM 259\. * Technical fundamentals of cosmetic formulation. * Basic knowledge of emulsions, surfactants, and gelled systems. * Familiarity with suppliers of cosmetic raw materials. * Intermediate to Advanced English **Salary: $20,500 MXN** Benefits exceeding legal requirements Savings fund Food vouchers Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SGMM) Life insurance Work schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM Work location: Parque Industrial Querétaro **Desired education level:** Bachelor's degree — completed **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Medicine / Health **Industry:** Cosmetics **Skills:** * Formulation * English * Claims *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a0d19ba5200005200c56dec\&source\=indeed*
