This position is responsible for preparing liquid product batches according to production instructions. **Responsibilities** * Perform all tasks with commitment and focus on adherence to Responsible Care principles * Receive batch sheets from the supervisor (Foreman) * Review manufacturing controls to identify special instructions, critical details, safety equipment, required raw materials, and necessary quantities * Ensure all reactors (kettles) and piping are clean and leak-free * Verify the main reactor valve is closed before starting * Identify the product to be manufactured to locate wash water, rework material, or in-process material, and provide it to the forklift operator * Prepare the list of required raw materials and quantities and deliver it to the forklift operator * Accurately pump bulk raw materials in the correct sequence * Weigh raw materials in drums and add exact quantities to the corresponding reactor * Record raw material quantities, dates, and batch numbers on the Batchmaker sheet * Mix products according to specified times * Take samples and send them to the laboratory upon completion of mixing time * Once approved by the laboratory, add authorized rework or in-process materials * Conduct new sampling for final laboratory approval * Stop mixing and close the reactor once final approval is obtained * Perform additional tasks such as receiving raw materials or other assignments from the supervisor * Ensure empty containers are removed from the area before the end of the shift * Maintain a clean work area at all times **Skills** * Ability to handle materials in drums, including hazardous materials weighing between 350 and 550 pounds * Physical capability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, standing, twisting, and stooping * Technical degree or equivalent * 6 months in a similar position * Forklift operation * Understanding of production processes Salary: $17,000.00 - $17,100.00 per month Benefits: * Medical expense insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
