Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Production Controller in the textile industry to monitor the production schedule, prioritize orders, and ensure adherence to operational standards. Analysis of compliance and operational performance reports We are a well-established textile company currently looking for a Production Controller to join our team. **Main Responsibilities** * Direct production schedule tracking on the SHOP FLOOR * Release, control, and real-time prioritization of production orders. * Continuous monitoring of progress versus plan and adherence to committed deadlines. * Immediate detection of deviations and execution of corrective actions on the shop floor. * Validation of startup procedures, model changes, and compliance with standards. * Generation and analysis of compliance and operational performance reports. **Requirements** * Familiarity with working directly on the production shop floor. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Organizational and analytical abilities. * Effective communication skills. **What We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: **$13,000** * Statutory benefits * 100% IMSS contributions * Additional rest days beyond statutory requirements * Medical services **Work Location:** Naucalpan de Juárez, Méx.
