Guarantee accurate and timely payments to workers and employees **Talent Development Consulting HH is looking for a Payroll Supervisor in Querétaro, Querétaro** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Education (Specific knowledge required for the** **position):** EHS procedures Knowledge of administrative systems and their relationship with financial systems Knowledge of payroll processes Proficiency and experience with HR administration systems (Eslabón, SUA, SAP) Intermediate English 4 years of experience in a similar position **Role of the position:** Audit and inspect that the information required for the payroll process is accurate, as well as supervise the proper handling of information that HR needs to include in the system. **Authority:** Ensure 100% compliance with payments to government entities without deviations, accurately and on time. **Responsibilities:** Serve as a model for compliance with company Policy, Vision, Goals, and Values Participate in Ecology, Hygiene, and Safety activities. Guarantee accurate and timely payments to workers and employees. Guarantee LOC (Letter of Compliance) to government entities, IMSS, INFONAVIT, INFONACOT, ISN. Verify the proper functioning of Eslabón in payroll-related processes.
