Position Summary: Provide operational and administrative support for highways, ensuring compliance with the Concession Title and applicable regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Support for monitoring highway maintenance and preservation. 2. Collection and organization of key project information. 3. Updating of databases and operational reports. A company in the **supervision** sector is seeking a **Highway Operations Assistant – External Operations Supervision (Highways, bridges, viaducts).** **Position Objective** Provide operational and administrative support for highway operations, ensuring adherence to the Concession Title and applicable regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Support monitoring of maintenance and preservation activities. * Support collection and organization of project information. * Enter and review information provided by the concessionaire. * Support site visits to toll plazas for information gathering. * Update databases, reports, and control forms. * Support integration of databases and monthly reports. * Maintain up-to-date operational and technical information. * Record fuel logs. * Verify expenses and requisitions. * Prepare attendance lists. **Requirements** * **Education:** * Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering (degree holder or intern) **Experience:** * ***Minimum 1 year in highway or road segment supervision.*** **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic knowledge of road infrastructure. * General understanding of road maintenance and preservation. * Basic knowledge of vehicle traffic counts (counting, classification, and recording). * General knowledge of operational standards and procedures. * Basic concepts of toll plaza operations (manual and electronic toll collection). * Database management and data entry skills. * Proficiency in Excel. **What We Offer?** * **Base net monthly salary ($16,000\).** * **Full-time work schedule** * **Statutory benefits from day one**. * **12 vacation days**. * **15-day year-end bonus**. * **25% vacation premium**. **Work Location** * Toluca\-Naucalpan Highway Salary: $16,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
