Generating demand for assigned products within your territory and therapeutic class to achieve sales objectives, through scientifically rich medical visits targeting primary care physicians and specialists; government institutions; private and public hospitals; key customers with basic formularies—private and decentralized; distributors; and pharmacies.
Ensuring product availability under your responsibility by building strong internal and external collaboration networks—including key opinion leaders and medical societies. Maintaining continuous training in sales techniques and scientific knowledge. Analyzing market conditions (DDD, Close\-Up, inventories, etc.) to develop focused and efficient strategies and tactics—and thus ethically allocate resources in your territory (EMC investment, medical samples, promotional materials, etc.) in full compliance with policies. Proactive participation within your district and with local teams across marketing, medical affairs, and commercial functions.
**Key responsibilities for this role include:**
* **Generate demand for pharmaceutical products**, primarily among high-prescribing frontline physicians and specialists.
* **Possess broad scientific, product, and competitive knowledge**, including familiarity with clinical studies. Easily convey distinct pathological features and treatment alternatives across various therapeutic areas, offering effective and safe treatment options.
* **Ensure availability of our products**, through pharmacy visits, monitoring of commercial strategies and value-added programs. Verify stock levels and distribution of various SKUs at point-of-sale across national/regional/local pharmacy chains in synergy with the commercial team. Track contract progress with government institutions and decentralized/private basic formularies in synergy with KAMs.
* **Develop strong relationships with external customers**, key opinion leaders, medical societies, hospitals, and pharmacies. Work closely with hospital residents and conduct differentiated specialist physician visits.
* **Establish collaborative networks** with marketing, medical affairs, and commercial teams to leverage synergies and enable joint execution.
* **Increase market share and meet sales targets**, while meeting productivity metrics: medical visits, pharmacy visits, average daily visit count. Efficiently and rapidly deploy EMC resources and execute marketing-planned activities targeting physicians.
* **Capitalize on market opportunities and pursue new business**, possessing deep understanding of marketing strategies and executing them efficiently in the field. Effectively communicate commercial strategies—and associated patient benefits—to physicians. Analyze your territory and execute your tactical plan, making timely and proactive decisions with consistent communication.
**Minimum qualifications for this role:**
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree (completed) in health sciences, business administration, or marketing.
* **Language:** English desirable
* **Experience:** Minimum 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry
* **Technical Competencies:** Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
