**GRUPO BESCO SA DE CV is seeking an HR Systems and Operations Manager in Acasias - Benito Juárez, Mexico City** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **HR Systems and Operations Manager** **Position Objective** Ensure the proper operation, integrity, and availability of Human Resources (HCM) **platforms**, guaranteeing reliable employee information for operational management, payroll processing, and decision-making, as well as efficient support for internal users and clients. **Responsibilities / Activities**  Administer and maintain Human Resources (HCM) **platforms** in operational condition.  Respond to and follow up on user requests (**Level 1 technical support**).  Diagnose and resolve basic incidents related to the **HCM** platform.  Perform basic functional configurations within the system (framework).  Escalate complex incidents to higher support levels when necessary.  Support the generation and validation of reports.  Document use cases to capture lessons learned.  Ensure the updating, consistency, and integrity of employee information.  Validate correct data alignment across systems.  Diagnose and resolve functional issues in platforms.  Escalate technical incidents when necessary.  Implement improvements and optimization in platform usage.  Generate and validate operational and executive reports.  Monitor usage metrics, incident rates, and data quality indicators.  Train users on platform usage.  Act as liaison with system vendors and internal departments (HR, IT, Operations, Payroll).  Document processes and use cases.  Identify opportunities for improvement in workflows and operations. **Experience**  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.  5–6 years of experience in: o HCM / HRIS system administration or usage. o Employee information management within platforms. o Internal user support. **Mandatory Requirements**  Experience using or administering HCM / HRIS systems *(SAP, Workday, Oracle, Meta4, BUK, ODOO, or similar)*.  Employee data management within systems.  Intermediate-to-advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency. * Basic SQL knowledge. * Basic ETL knowledge. * Basic Web Services knowledge. **Desirable Qualifications**  Basic SQL (queries).  Basic API knowledge.  Experience configuring modules within HCM systems.  Experience with data integration tools (ETL).  Experience with platforms such as BUK, Izytech, or similar.
