Responsibilities: * Greeting and welcoming customers. * Assigning lanes and managing the waitlist. * Providing information about promotions and packages. * Assisting with reservations. * Routing requests to the appropriate department. * Maintaining an orderly and functional reception area. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing high school education. * Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (preferred). * Excellent personal presentation. * Service-oriented attitude and strong communication skills. * Availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during evening/night shifts.
