Strong sense of urgency and goal-oriented work ethic. **A leading company is looking for your talent as:** **General Services Analyst:** **Requirements:** Intermediate Office suite proficiency (Excel pivot tables and formulas) Supplier and employee relations ERP system experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Minimum 1 year of experience in general services within the Administration department. **Key Responsibilities:** Corporate vehicle fleet management (fuel refills, toll tags, maintenance tracking) Procurement of miscellaneous items (stationery, cafeteria supplies, various consumables) Management of a supplier portfolio of approximately 150 (updates, evaluations, payments, etc.) Weekly supplier payments, invoicing, ERP data entry Coordination of general services for employees (cafeteria, cleaning, security) Building maintenance (coordinating necessary repairs with vendors) Responding to employee requests (coffee breaks for training sessions, stationery, information, etc.) Supporting the Accounting department with supplier payment supplements and supplier invoice uploads to the SAT validation portal. **Personal Competencies:** Highly dynamic individual who enjoys interacting with staff Goal-oriented work approach Strong sense of urgency **We Offer:** Salary range: $15,000 to $18,000 Direct hiring Statutory benefits Savings fund Food vouchers Life insurance **Work Schedule:** Monday–Thursday 8:30 AM–5:30 PM; Friday 8:30 AM–4:30 PM **Work Location:** Naucalpan, State of Mexico If you are interested in this position and meet the
