We are seeking someone to help us lead the institution’s financing strategy, ensuring efficient, diversified, and structured access to domestic and international funding sources through origination, structuring, negotiation, and administration of credit lines and financial vehicles. Your key responsibilities: * **Investor Origination and Relationship Management** * Develop and manage relationships with: **Financing Structuring** * Design financing structures: * Bilateral and syndicated credit lines * Secured structured loans (warehouse / revolving) * Securities issuances * Define key terms: * Loan-to-value ratios, waterfall provisions, covenants * Guarantees and risk mitigation mechanisms **Negotiation** * Negotiate financial and contractual terms: * Interest rates, spreads, fees * Covenants and triggers * Operational flexibility **Credit Line Administration** * Oversee operations of active financings: * Guarantee and payment source trusts * Drawdowns, amortizations, interest payments * Covenant compliance * Coordinate investor reporting **Funding Strategy** * Ensure alignment with: * Origination plan * ALM strategy * Profitability targets (ROE) Diversify funding sources and optimize funding costs. What do you need? * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or related fields. * Requirements: 8–12+ years of experience in: Structured financing, Corporate / Investment Banking, Financial institutions (banks, SOFOMes, funds) * Proven experience in: Relationships with DFIs / multilaterals, Structuring with trusts, Portfolio credit financing **Technical Knowledge** * Instruments: * Structured loans, revolving credit lines, syndications * Securitizations / issuances * Legal vehicles: * Guarantee and administration trusts * Mexican financial regulation (CNBV) * Advanced financial modeling **Key Skills** * High-level institutional relationship management * Complex negotiation * Structured and analytical thinking * Rigorous operational execution **Languages** * Advanced English (mandatory, for interaction with international investors) **We Offer** * Competitive gross salary * Grocery vouchers * Life insurance * Annual bonus * Savings fund * 8 additional vacation days beyond statutory requirements * Statutory benefits * Hybrid work model Don’t hesitate—join our team today.
