Job Summary: We are seeking a driver-servant with maintenance experience to assist a family, performing various support tasks and general home maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible, honest, discreet, and proactive attitude We are seeking a driver-servant with maintenance experience for a family in SPGG. We offer: * $3,500 \- $4,000 net weekly (based on attitude) * 15-day Christmas bonus * IMSS health insurance * Vacation time * PV (Profit Sharing) Responsibilities: * Drive children to school * Run errands such as bill payments, shopping, etc. * General maintenance (plastering, sealing, adjustments) * Basic plumbing repairs (**plumbing**: faucets, toilets, leaks, water tanks, water pumps) * **Domestic electricity** (outlets, switches, light bulbs, circuit breakers, short circuits) * Light carpentry and metalwork (locks, hinges, doors) * Vehicle and terrace maintenance and cleaning · Requirements: * Age: 30 to 60 years old * Experience as a driver-servant working in a private household * Valid Class C driver's license * Responsible, honest, discreet, proactive, and service-oriented * Minimum 2 years of experience as a driver/servant or in similar roles * Proficiency in driving standard vehicles * REFERENCES IN SAN PEDRO REQUIRED * Passport and VISA (desirable but not mandatory) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 12:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Position Type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $3,500\.00 \- $4,000\.00 per week Education: * Completed junior high school (desirable) Experience: * Maintenance: 2 years (desirable) Work Location: On-site employment
