Experience: * Medium to advanced knowledge of the kitchen department or 2 years of experience within the department. **Job Objective**: Prepare dishes and presentations required by the branch, following instructions from the Unit Chef and Head Cook. **Responsibilities:** * Wash vegetables and organize products. * Carry out tasks related to dish preparation or presentation as discussed with supervisors. * Participate in company events. * Properly handle, maintain, and use kitchen utensils. * Perform general cleaning of the kitchen department. * Attend meetings scheduled by the branch. * Respond to any requests made by kitchen leaders. * Complete general logs for the kitchen department. * Other duties as assigned.
