Assume ownership and leadership of all assigned villas, including supervision, direction, assistance, and assurance of villa cleanliness and maintenance for guests. Duties and Responsibilities: * The Butler will be available to the guest throughout their stay, reporting daily schedules and weekly days off. * Coordinate guest activities at all times with relevant departments. * Always strive to anticipate potential guest requests. * Determine with the guest the activities and schedules of other departments accessing the suite, such as Housekeeping and Maintenance. * Be responsible for the proper functioning of all suite services, including housekeeping. * Serve as the sole authorized person permitting other departments access to the suite. * Relevant courses related to sports activities (lifeguarding, technical sports trainee, etc.) are a competitive advantage. * Excellent communication skills. * Fluency in English and German; additional foreign languages are advantageous. * Experience as a Butler; preferably in an ultra-luxury hotel. * Friendly and extroverted demeanor, capable of engaging and supporting operations. * Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently. * Strong decision-making ability and capacity to work extended hours. **Requirements** * Must be willing to work a flexible schedule to fulfill all tasks and responsibilities. * Must consistently maintain a positive, motivating attitude toward colleagues and guests. * Must possess comprehensive knowledge of the area. * Must demonstrate professionalism and a luxury-service orientation. * Must work safely, prudently, and in an organized manner. * Must be able to work collaboratively and interact effectively across all levels, maintaining cordial and affectionate relationships with all colleagues. * Advanced spoken and written English. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. **Additional Information** Auberge Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences, and private clubs.
