Focus on organization and attention to detail. **Cinlat Logistics is seeking a JUNIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE in Cerro de la Estrella \- Iztapalapa, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **JUNIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE** **Position Objective:** Provide timely attention and follow-up to high-value sector clients, ensuring proper use and management of portals, operational requirement compliance, and service excellence. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Client attention and follow-up via email, phone, and portals. * Management and updating of information in client systems and platforms. * Monitoring of orders, incidents, and special requirements. * Tracking of service indicators and response times. * Internal coordination with operational areas to ensure compliance. * Preparation of reports and administrative control. ### **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or portal support. * Proficiency in systems and platforms (self-service portals, ERP, intermediate Excel). * Excellent service attitude and communication skills. * Strong sense of responsibility and follow-up. * Availability for full-time work. ### **Key Competencies:** * Customer orientation. * Organization and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure. * Proactivity and sense of urgency. ### **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: $12,000 * Food vouchers: $900 * Punctuality bonus: $900 * Life insurance. * Cafeteria service. * Statutory benefits. * Additional holiday days. * Work location: Iztapalapa, Cerro de la Estrella, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
