We take pride in building a culture where every individual feels valued, inspired, and an essential part of our success. **Job Objective:** To provide basic technical support for technological infrastructure, assisting in the operation, maintenance, and configuration of computer equipment and mobile devices. The goal is to ensure the availability of technological tools for users, as well as contribute to the proper execution of internal IT processes under supervision. **Responsibilities:** * Equipment labeling * Assignment and de-assignment of laptops and cell phones to end users * Signing and custody of responsibility forms (equipment and access credentials) * Creation of ISO images * Deployment of equipment using IT-provided images (with security policies) * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computers and mobile devices * Assistance to end users via ticketing desk, both on-site and remotely * Support for wired and wireless networks * Certified data erasure from devices, following company policies **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering, or related field. * 6 months to 1 year of experience * Basic knowledge in: + Operating systems: Microsoft Windows (mandatory), iOS (desirable). + Help desk / ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management or similar). + Remote access tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer). + Basic networking knowledge. + Google Workspace **What We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of $12,000 * Statutory benefits * Working hours: 9 AM to 7 PM * Southern zone of CDMX.
