Excellent work environment **Would you be interested in working for an IT company in CDMX?** **At IOE Group, we are looking for Full Stack Developer Programmers** Responsible for contributing to the achievement of objectives in backend programming and development. **Responsibilities and Functions:** \- Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable backend systems and APIs using Java (8\) **and relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server).** \- Collaborate with frontend development teams to integrate backend logic into web and mobile applications. \- Optimize SQL query performance and data access. \- Maintain and enhance existing systems by fixing bugs and implementing code improvements. **Expected Competencies** \- Strong knowledge of Java (8\) and backend application development. \- Experience in designing and using relational databases (MySQL and SQL). \- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server and MySQL, including advanced query skills, database optimization, and schema design. \- Understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns. \- Familiarity with frameworks and technologies for building Web Services, such as Spring Framework and Spring Boot. \- Problem-solving and debugging skills. **Additional Competencies** \- Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs. \- Knowledge of web application security and best practices. \- Experience using data persistence frameworks such as Hibernate. \- Basic knowledge of distributed systems and microservice architectures. \- ORM: Experience working with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate, JPA, and/or MyBatis for efficient data persistence management. \- Git/Tortoise repositories. **Requirements:** \- Interest in professional growth and acquiring new competencies. \- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related ICT fields. \- Completed degree \- Minimum 3 years of experience \- Age between 26 and 40 **Personal Attitudes and Values:** \- Honesty \- Service orientation \- Responsibility \- Commitment \- Fairness \- Integrity **Basic Skills:** \- Technology proficiency \- Proactivity \- Ability to work under pressure \- Negotiation skills \- Interest and curiosity in learning \- Teamwork and flexibility **Languages:** \- English 50% **Others:** \- Java 8 or higher \- Backend application development. \- Relational databases (MySQL and SQL). \- Web Services \- RESTful APIs \- Hibernate \- Analytical thinking and problem-solving. **We Offer:** Integrated salary Major Medical Expense Insurance Life Insurance Training and certifications Development opportunities Excellent work environment Working hours: 9:00 a.m. \- 6:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday), on-site Work location: Southern CDMX.
