Appraisal and customer service experience highly valued. **Job Description: Multifunctional Appraiser** A pawnshop industry company is seeking a **Multifunctional Appraiser**, responsible for conducting accurate appraisals of items for pawn loans, ensuring transparency, precision, and compliance with the company’s internal policies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct precise appraisals of items (e.g., electronics, jewelry, tools, etc.) based on technical and commercial criteria. * Verify authenticity, physical condition, and functionality of products. * Determine loan amounts in accordance with established guidelines. * Prepare contracts and related documentation for each transaction. * Safeguard and properly organize pledged items. * Manage inventory and record entries in the system. * Prepare, clean, and properly display items available for sale. * Provide direct customer service and advisory support, delivering professional and reliable service. * Assist with general operational activities at the branch. **Required Profile:** * Experience in appraisal (preferably within pawnshops). * Knowledge of electronics, jewelry, and/or various other items. * Numerical aptitude and basic computer skills. * Integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Strong verbal communication skills and customer-service orientation. * Willingness to perform operational and administrative tasks.
