Mexico City Full-time Permanent employee $9,500 – $11,000 per month **Your Responsibilities** -------------- Grupo Tinsa is a multinational benchmark in appraisal services, headquartered in Spain, with over 30 years of experience. In Mexico, we celebrate 20 years of operation and were established as the first Valuation Unit; today, we serve companies across various sectors, including real estate. What challenges will you face with us? Your precision will be key to the success of our appraisals. Your main responsibilities will be: * Strategic Management at Infonavit: Uploading and generating certificates on the official portal, ensuring process compliance. * Documentary Quality Control: Thorough review of technical documentation for real estate appraisals. * Analysis and Reporting: Preparation of detailed reports providing operational visibility. **Your Profile** ------------- ### **What profile are we looking for?** * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year performing data entry tasks (knowledge of the real estate sector is desirable). * **Education:** Completed high school or incomplete bachelor's degree. * **Skills:** Proficiency in Excel, attention to detail, and **impeccable spelling**. * **Attitude:** We seek an organized, methodical individual eager to join a high-performance team. **Why Join Us?** ---------------------- What do we offer you? * $9,000 Gross (100% nominal scheme). * Direct employment contract with the company. * Statutory benefits from day one. * Grocery vouchers to support your family finances. * Hybrid work arrangement after 6 months. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. **Who We Are** ------------------- We are a multinational leader in valuation, analysis, and real estate advisory services.
